Tomato and Basil Flatbread Pizza
This is a quick and easy recipe. It reminded me how much hubby and I enjoy our flat bread (don't get me started). I did add 1/4 of a very thinly sliced large sweet onion, 1 clove of fresh garlic, I cut back on the basil and added fresh spinach. If you don't have pesto use your own pasta sauce. The nice thing about cookin' Flat Bread...you can do your own thing! This picture shows the flat bread looking more like pita bread. I use Flatout flat bread. It measures 10" by 71/2" for only 100 cal for the whole flatbread and it give you 8g of fiber. It's good as a wrap too.
